How virtual visits work:
Phone call visits are available for patients without a smart device or computer. If you have further questions, call the Immediate Care location nearest you.
A virtual visit can be helpful for:
- Allergies
- Cold and cough symptoms
- Flu or COVID-19 symptoms
- Sinus pain
- Sore throat
- Minor injuries (with pain lasting less than one week)
- Diarrhea
- Pink eye
- Urinary symptoms* (no vaginal or gynecological complaints)
- Rash, bite or sting
*Patients may be asked to be seen in office.
If your condition is not listed above, we recommend that you make an in-person reservation.
Pediatric Visits
We offer virtual visits for patients 5 years and older. Your physician or advanced practice provider may still require an in-person visit for your child if they need a physical evaluation.
If your child is younger than five years, you must make an in-person reservation.
