Symptoms of an Intestinal Obstruction
Symptoms of an intestinal obstruction will vary, depending on the location and severity of the obstruction. Symptoms may include:
- Abdominal cramping or intermittent pain
- Bloating
- Appetite loss
- Constipation
- Vomiting
- Inability to pass gas
- Fever
- Dehydration
Symptoms of pseudo-obstruction are the same, but may also include diarrhea and, over time, malnutrition and weight loss.
