Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infections
The most common symptoms of a UTI include:
- Frequent urination
- Pain or burning when urinating
- A strong urge to urinate that yields only a small amount of urine
- Fatigue
- Urine that is dark, cloudy or reddish, indicating the possible presence of blood
- Foul-smelling urine
- Pelvic pain, especially in women
- Fever
- Pain in the back or side, below the ribs
- Nausea and/or vomiting
