Dr. Ha takes the time to talk and hear me out, and didn't just do a quick check to fill out my needed paperwork. He also took the time to follow-up with me on a couple things from when I last saw him about a year ago, and see if there was anything new going on with me that I might want to tell him about.

Once he becomes familiar with you , and this does require some time (appts) then he knows what works best for you, what are your idiosyncrasies and preferences. Each patient and PCP should strive for an open relationship : willingness to discuss all options for TX and anticipated outcomes. Plus fears.. concerns etc on patients end.

Dr. Ha and his staff, nurse - [ ], and all were very courteous. Dr. Ha took his time with me for the most part and was reassuring in getting things taken care of and even helped me sort through some upcoming tests. His nurse [ ], was extremely caring, thoughtful and kind. His office staff, [ ] and the rest helped me with questions, end of life forms, and scheduling as well as addressing questions regarding billing and scheduling, etc.
