Living Well: A 360 Approach to Health and Happiness

Kick off the summer and find out why prevention really is the best medicine at the Living Well event, taking place on Tuesday, May 21, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. During this unique health-fair style event, sponsored by Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Alberto Culver Health Learning Center, you will have the opportunity to talk to a variety of Northwestern Medicine experts regarding all aspects of health and wellness. You can also attend breakout sessions on the wellness topics that are most relevant to you.

  • Better Balance and Strength
  • Mindful Moments in Meditation

  • Everyday Skincare Secrets
  • Know Your Genes --The Gene/Cancer Correlation                                                           

The Living Well event will also featured exhibit from the Alberto Culver Health Learning Center, Center for Lifestyle Medicine, Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, Department of Dermatology, Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group, Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center, Department of Internal Medicine and many more.
