Strength, Stability and Balance with Jill Stein

Jill Stein is the coordinator of the fitness and wellness classes offered at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and is certified to teach yoga, pilates and Zumba, among other classes. At Northwestern Memorial Hospital's upcoming "LivingWell: A 360 Approach to Health and Happiness," held from 5 - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, Stein will explain the benefits and offer tips on "Stability, Strength and Balance," three key elements of living a healthy, happy life.
"Our bodies change as we age and we want to continue to be as strong, stable and functional as we can," Stein said.
"LivingWell: A 360 Approach to Health and Happiness" has a $10 registration fee that includes breakout talks, a wellness-fair style event, goodie bags, discounted parking and refreshments.
