LAKE FOREST, IL – It is an evening of fun and entertainment, and for a good cause to boot. The Women’s Auxiliary Board is holding its annual benefit on Friday, September 12 in the lovely riding area at Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest.
Expect fine dining, laughter, music and dancing. The benefit features the musical comedy and political satire of the Capitol Steps, as well as the tunes of Chicago’s premier swing band, Gentlemen of Leisure.
In silent and live auctions, attendees can bid on Chicago Bears, Jersey Boys or Oprah tickets, as well as an aerial combat challenge for two, to name a few items. Attendees can even bid on an instant wine cellar and party package, which includes dozens of bottles of fine wine and a catered cocktail party for 25 guests under a tent.
Proceeds benefit Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, ranked a #1 consumer choice hospital for the past three years. The hospital is committed to providing the community the highest quality health care through state-of-the-art clinical services with compassionate and personal care.
“Thanks to this kind of community support, Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital is becoming one of the most advanced in the region,” said benefit chair and Lake Forest resident, Dylan Hardy. “Our exceptional Women’s Care Center is one example of the advanced care available to us in our own community.”
Tickets are $225 each. This includes dinner, cocktails and the entertainment. Benefactor tables are also available for $3,500.
