Medical fitness programs are designed to help members who are living with cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and cardiovascular disease to better cope with the side effects of their chronic condition. Corporate Wellness Solutions is an organizational health program designed to reduce healthcare costs by developing strategies to create a dynamic work environment that fosters vitality, motivation and synergy.
From Pilates, ballet and yoga to high-intensity cardio workouts, the Center offers more than 130 leading-edge classes led by qualified, certified group exercise instructors. In addition to workouts in the Main, Mind/Body and Spin Studios, there is a full selection of classes designed especially for the active older adult, such as aqua classes and arthritis classes in a warm water therapy pool, to help maintain mobility and increase strength. The Center includes a resort-style lap pool and coed Jacuzzi, plus whirlpool, steam, and sauna in each locker room.
