Getting care, appointments, and information when needed is an important part of having access to health care.

About this measure

This measure tracks the percent of patients that said they always received timely care including:

  • Getting an urgent care appointment as soon as needed,
  • Getting answers to medical questions the same day when calling during regular office hours, and
  • Seeing a clinician within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
