Comprehensive Care After COVID-19

Northwestern Medicine Comprehensive COVID-19 Center

If you are 18 or older and have ongoing symptoms of COVID-19, you have access to a team of specialists who can help you. The goal of the Northwestern Medicine Comprehensive COVID-19 Center is to guide your long-term care while you recover from COVID-19.

The center is not a single location: We offer care at clinics across Northwestern Medicine. That means we can connect you with specialists located closest to where you live and work.

Our coordinators will first connect you with the right physician for your most severe symptoms. Then, our team will schedule multiple appointments with other specialists as needed.

Through the Comprehensive COVID-19 Center, you will have access to specialists in the following areas, as needed:

These medical professionals will communicate with each other to coordinate your care.

Make an Appointment

Specialists in the Comprehensive COVID-19 Center are located in clinics across Northwestern Medicine sites. Appointment locations may vary by the type of physician you see. You may need to visit more than one location for care.

You do not need a primary care physician or a referral to have treatment at this center. If you do have a primary care physician, specialists in the center will work with them throughout your treatment.

If you do not live in the Chicago area, you still may be able to get care from certain specialists at the center through a telehealth visit.

For more information on the Comprehensive COVID-19 Center, and to schedule an in-person or telehealth appointment, call 312.926.9900 (TTY: 711).
