City of Chicago Travel Quarantine

July 21, 2020

Northwestern Medicine visitors who travel to or arrive from a high-risk state are required to quarantine for a 14-day period. If you are coming to Northwestern Memorial Hospital or one of its outpatient facilities for your own care, the quarantine rule does not apply. Testing for COVID-19

Northwestern Medicine offers COVID-19 testing at multiple locations in Chicago and surrounding communities.

A physician’s order is required for testing. The order must designate the location for your test. If you do not have an order for testing, contact your Northwestern Medicine physician or visit a Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care site for an evaluation to determine if a test is needed.
