5.0 star star star star starI had an allergic reaction, hospitalized and incubated twice within 3 days at a local hospital in NW Indiana that did not have an allergic on staff. I was scared to death, not knowing what caused the allergic reaction, closing my airway to close completely in less than 10 minutes. While in ICU my husband called NM and spoke with spoke with one of your caring representatives, she posted an alert and Dr. Saltoun office responded to the alert within the hour and I had an appointment to see her as soon as I was released from the hospital.

5.0 star star star star starI have been seeing Dr. Saltoun for over 20 years. She is very good at explaining things to me and is a concerned and very thorough physician. She never rushes my visit and answers any questions on my chart in a quick manner.

Dr showed expertise in her field and shared with me how the molecular weights of the substances worked within the data. I understood and appreciated her recommendations as well as what I could expect.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderShe needs to be more respectful of her patients time. We have other things to do that day than sit around and wait for her 5 minute visit. For the reasons I stated above: I was scheduled for4 9:00am. When I got there, I was called along with another person. Then I was told there were two patients ahead of me at 9:40. No one seemed to've read my chart. All three persons, including the doctor, asked me the same thing. I had updated my chart. Also, it is disrespectful to call a person by their first name. Fine to give a number, to call an older person by their first name is so disrespectful. Be nice and call them Mrs. so and so. At about 9:47-9:50 the doctor came in, stayed for 5 minutes, asking the same questions and walked me out to await giving blood for lab.
