Dr. Puthumana was very thorough in his questioning, had studied my history before he saw me, ( in other words, wasnâ€™t half listening while reading my file), excellent communication skills- (explaining everything in laymanâ€™s terms), attentiveness and in tune with his patient, reassuring, and established sense of trust by actions -showing he is passionate about his work.
