I have only seen him a couple of times, but thus far, Dr. Neely has been excellent. I'm confident I'm in good hands with him, and he has been very open to addressing any concerns or requests I have--just recently I asked him to look into something further on a blood test that came back, and he got to it right away. That level of responsiveness is much appreciated!

He immediately generates a feeling of caring and is not a know-it-all but will let his patient know that we are trying something when that is what he is doing. This instills confidence and makes one feel we are working as a team. He listens well even as he is entering his notes in MyChart. Not something I could easily do!

Dr. Neely is thorough and easily understood. My brother is a retired pediatrician in another state and we review visits and tests each time. He is pretty hard on doctors but agrees with what is bing done for me by Dr. Neely. That is the best barometer I could have.

Been with Dr. Neely about 17yrs. I like the care he gives and his willingness to answer any question that I may have. He also makes sure I’m up to date on vaccines. During the height of Covid-19, he sent a weekly email about how to take care of yourself. I really appreciated that. He is also always friendly and patient.

There is not a dialog. Felt rushed and not everything really addressed. Felt like a new prescription was forced on me and he double ordered it, so I have an issue with my insurance again now. Felt rushed.
