Dr. Heredia really listened to my symptoms and thoroughly explained why she was suggesting a certain course of treatment. She also gave me several contingency plans in case there was a delay in getting an appointment with ortho, or if pain levels increased.

Dr Heredia had been very kind and patient as we try to figure out what is causing my symptoms. She has never dismissed my symptoms. As a healthcare person now on the patient side of things I appreciate that. She has known me longer than other providers so I know that helps.
