Took time to hear concerns as well as answer questions. Reading and video information provided too to ensure patients are well educated in procedure. She also has pleasant and approachable personality. Very happy I researched and found her for a second opinion to do my surgery.

Dr. Lewicky-Gaupp is most professional, yet very personable, compassionate and caring; we did a telehealth conference in June and a in person visit 8/19/21¦both time most helpful, explained in detail all the options available to me and answered all my questions. When I had the Botax procedure, she explained exactly what she was doing. Both she and nurse Shala told me not to hesitate to call the office if I had any issues or questions.

Good doctor, knows how to make you feel comfortable and her resident explained my situation well. Only side remark is that I was kind of expecting the grades of my POP to be written down in the summary and unfortunately this wasnt the case. Good care otherwise and appreciated the time + explanations provided by them!
