I feel like I am seen as a person, am being listened to, I am able to have a good understanding of what is happening in my body, and have a great care plan. Dr. Steiman is FANTASTIC.

5.0 star star star star starShe Thoroughly explains in detail that anyone can understand. She explains what is happening, why, how and listens to patients and reassures. She even stayed late with me to make sure I didn’t have a reaction to the shot I received. I kept telling doc I have had the shot before I’m fine I wont have a reaction. She insisted on making sure each patient is able to make it home safe

5.0 star star star star starShe spends the time you need, and like ALL of the Northwestern staff, isn't 'passive' on healthcare needs. I came to Northwestern because I felt like my Advocate doctors were there to collection some form of 'points' to get visits. More points for more people visiting. Everyone, including Dr. Steiman, I never feel rushed and I feel like it's an integrative approach to healthcare. Just don't stop this. NO clue if its like this downtown (relatives have said NWM is highly competent downtown, but also like working with robots... Not my experience, but I hope it's not the case). Glenview is awesome.

5.0 star star star star starShe’s very patient and spend enough time communicating with patient to have an accurate diagnosis. She recommends lifestyle adjustment first and does not prescribe heavy dosage of medication as well as recommends instantly invasive procedures. She pays attention to her patient and remember most of the patients history. She’s a very sweet and very respectful. She’s an excellent physician.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Steiman is the absolute best. She is 10/10 the best allergist I have ever come into contact with. She listens whole heartedly to your experiences and truly develops a plan for you that’s tailored to your needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and breaks things down so that they’re understood easily and you can tell she has a true passion and love for what she does, as well as caring for her patients.

5.0 star star star star starI never felt rushed with Dr. Steiman. She listened to everything I had to say about my allergies. She took the time to explain how allergies work. She took the time to explain why she was ordering a specific medication for me. Overall, she was very involved in me, my condition, and my care. In fact, I am recommending that my husband see her instead of the fellow downtown.
