Dr Sturgeon was VERY thorough, knowledgable, and kind. He took the time to go through everything with my husband and I and detailed the procedure using a diagram on the white board. We asked and he answered every question in laymans terms and was extremely patient and caring.

Dr Sturgeon was also very friendly and explained condition and findings in an easy to understand manner even including drawings on a white board. Although my symptoms aren’t as serious as many of the cases he probably addresses on a daily basis he discussed all my concerns and addressed them in a caring and informative manner. Very knowledgeable and great at sharing his expertise. Physician assistant was also wonderful.

Dr. Sturgeon is only the second doctor I have met in my 50+ years of life who I wish was my doctor for every health problem I have. He was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel at ease, listened to every concern I had, and answered all my questions in a manner that made me feel like I completely understood what my health issues were and what needed to be done to make me better.

Well, I'd like to complete this review post-op. So far I appreciate his confidence, demeanor, professionalism. He briefly explained the procedure in a manner I could understand. He did nothing to incite fear or anxiety. I appreciate this after meeting with several doctors and surgeons. Dare I say I'm excited? I am very much relieved. He and his collegues have fantastic energy, and they behaved precisely as hoped for. Thank you! Looking forward to putting this behind me.

After speaking with Dr Sturgeon, I felt like I really understood what was going on with my thyroid for the first time since being diagnosed a few years ago. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions and he spoke to me in a way that I could understand what he was saying, but without talking down to me. I am nervous for my surgery but I feel like I am in the best hands with Dr Sturgeon.

Dr. Sturgeon deserves higher than a 10, but it will not let me rate any higher. For having a scary diagnosis while pregnant, he was able to reassure me and explain things. He went out of his way to listen and explain things as he went. Absolutely amazing!
