Although I understand that the doctor was not able to give me his fully-informed opinion at first visit, I had hoped to hear it during our follow-up telehealth visit. I missed the call initially but never received a call back. Between the files and the follow-up, I can't say this experience has been what I expected from "Northwestern Medicine".

One of a few doctors that I have encountered that has an excellent bedside manner! He is a kind and gentle man that looks you in the eye when speaking to you as well as when listening to you speaking! He shows empathy and is patient when you are upset or emotional! He gives you his sole attention and never gives you the impression of rushing you during an office visit! He is a generous with his time and explanations of treatment plans!
