Doctor is forgetful, and has confused me with a different patient.Also had me waiting in the patient room for 45 minutes, nobody came and told me that she was behind or that she would be late.

I would and have recommended Dr. Zinn to anyone that is seeking pulmonary care. She is patient and thorough with her patients. She explains things so that you can understand, thus the need to ask additional questions is diminished because she addresses them in the first place. I never feel "rushed" when I see her. I can only attribute this to her scheduling of appointments. She knows that she needs this much time to discuss this and thus you are scheduled accordingly. Dr. Zinn not only addresses your pulmonary health but your overall health. She informs you of anything that she feels is going to make your health better. She truly cares. She is definitely one of the best, if not the best doctor I have.
