Dr. Shannahan was very helpful. Unfortunately, she clarified that she couldn't be my primary doctor, but that she knew who could help me, the new doctor who is starting this Friday, Dr. [ ]. She and the reception personnel helped me to set up an appoinent with her for next month. Dr. Anna was very personal & professional, which I greatly appreciate.

Dr. Shannahan was very helpful. She listen to my health history and concerns. She provide a detailed plan to reduce the symptoms I have. I also appreciate the after visit summary, which included additional tips and how to incorporate turmeric in my diet. She’s a wonderful doctor, who truly cares about her patients well being.

Dr Shannahan was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in her assessment of my daughters issues and she offered up a number of potential reasons and solutions that had never been discussed by other health care providers. She is a very talented physician and I’m so happy she was recommended to us.

Dr Shannahan is great to work with. She listened to my issues, asked questions and helped me to decide on the best course going forward. I have seen 3 other docs for the same issues and she is the first one to not simply treat my "lab results" and dug deeper to understand why I may need different treatment than the "standard protocol" treatment I have been receiving. I feel listened to and have a path forward finally.

too long to get an appt. Also, the first visit as a new patient should not be a phone conversation appointment. I felt undervalued as a patient. Physician cannot visually see my physical problem/condition. Not a solution if the reason is short staffing.
