5.0 star star star star starShe listens and makes me feel heard. She does not judge. She makes me feel safe talking about my health issues and concerns. She offers care options and let's me choose what treatments I am comfortable with. I feel like she truly believes my health is a partnership. It helps give me a sense of control over my health issues.

5.0 star star star star starIt is extremely important to me that my doc has a balance of personableness/warmth, and expertise - and Samantha provides both. I feel very comfortable bringing my concerns to her, and trust that she'll respond quickly and with sincere care.

5.0 star star star star starI was nervous to see Dr. Kurzrok since it was my first doctor visit since Covid. Dr. Kurzrok paid attention and listened to my concerns, asked me questions and didn't hesitate to send me for tests to get me back to a road that leads to better overall health. She has a plan for me with the same goals I have.....What more can I ask for?

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
