5.0 star star star star starI found Dr Alam utterly charming. I was nervous about the procedure, but from the minute he entered the room, he was upbeat and easygoing. I enjoyed talking with him throughout. The anesthetic he administered into the bottom of my foot felt like nothing at all--and neither did the major tissue excision. I really appreciate his explanation, and distraction by means of conversation. He's top notch and will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

I think I would score him higher after more interactions with him. my father is very hard of hearing and often Drs overlook that and when he found out he reads lips he removed his mask and recapped our conversation for him. It was very kind. I cannot tell you how many medical professionals have ignored him and his hearing needs. I have a strong feeling Dr Alam is a 10 but I simply have not spent enough time with office to provide that feedback.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDr. Alam typically does a really great job. However, this is the second time I will be calling back because after paying for Botox, the two lines I had discussed that were very deep are still there. I pointed this out prior to treatment and yet it looks like nothing was put in those areas. I’m spending a lot of out of pocket money (and time to travel) to keep coming back to get procedures done again right after the initial procedure was completed.
