5.0 star star star star starDr Metcalf-Doetsch was asked to make a time change to our appointment and he did so in a very positive way. His interaction with our 95 year old dad exceeded our expectations. The Nurse Practitioner and the Doctor were Great.

5.0 star star star star starI think I kind of just answered that question in the previous box, but Dr. Metcalf was very sympathetic with the struggle I have gone through and understands my sense of urgency to get an answer on what’s going on. Then we can set the plan to fix it. Secondly, I called in on one day and was able to see him the next. Unfortunately, my frustration with some of the neurologist, downtown, as I had to wait seven months to get into see a doctor. In my opinion, that’s unacceptable.
