5.0 star star star star starDr. Mary Keen is an amazing human & doctor. Because of her vast experience & knowledge working with kids/adults with special needs & a variety of disorders. She is the only physician out of 6 other others that could diagnose what my son has as well as treat it. She is a diamond & untapped resource within the medical community. She should be highly regarded for him compassion, professionalism & work ethic, going above & beyond for her patients & their families.

5.0 star star star star starShe is patient, kind and thorough in her system reviews. She truly listens and makes our medically fragile non-verbal son truly part of the team in medical decisions. She is insightful and a pleasure. She also writes strong letters of medical necessity. She researches on behalf of her patients to be current on treatment options. She explains clearly. NW is lucky to have such a strong advocate on staff to help families navigate. She is so resourceful and really cares; she is gem.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
