5.0 star star star star starShe is a good listener, and very understanding. She works WITH me to figure out the best care for me. She explains the options, tells me what she thinks is best, and lets me make the final decision about how I want to proceed.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hsieh explained everything, answered all my questions and understood why i was concerned about my symptoms. She didn't make me feel like I was a hypochondriac for worrying about minor symptoms but alleviated my worries.

5.0 star star star star starI had tested positive for Covid and couldn't attend but needed a check-up for my prescription refill so she accommodated her schedule for a tele-health appointment the very next day. That type of personal flexibility is appreciated because relying on the scheduling system would have resulted in a rescheduled appointment 3 months out.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hsieh, is prepared for the patient and is engaged with the patient's care. Further, she encourages questions and I appreciate her stating that she is available via the app or phone, should any questions arise after the visit.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
