5.0 star star star star starShe addressed my problem and diagnosed properly. I was sent by my primary doctor to see ENT immediately. Fiona is a great specialist and she listens every detail. She treated my ear infection using all options and with great results. She also checked on me in few days . So kind and caring person.

4.0 star star star star star_borderI didn’t spend enough time with her to warrant a ten rating, but she answered my questions with clarity and didn’t pressure me to order hearing aids from Northwestern’s facility. She was obviously bright and respectful.

5.0 star star star star starMs. Peterman took the time to explain what she saw and what she would do during the examination. She then explained clearly what the hearing test results were and what I could think about as my hearing changes. She was down to earth and respectful as she was speaking to me.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
