I mistakenly made an appointment with Dr Tsai instead of another doctor. Dr Tsai was gracious and compassionate. She reviewed my medical records and educated me regarding my condition in a way that previous doctors had not. I left her office with more knowledge and understanding.

I’m sure Dr Tsai is a good surgeon, my gynecologist wouldn’t have recommended her otherwise. But I need someone who cares about my questions/concerns, esp when it comes to getting surgery. I felt belittled and dismissed.

It really seemed like she didn't want to do my surgery. She said twice that I could go have it someplace else, which I thought was odd and a little rude. I felt rushed.

Doctor felt impersonal, rushed, judgmental, condescending, and honestly unhelpful. Didn't listen to full medical history (even though crucial) and rushed me out the room, and said if I want more I should go to Cleveland Clinic. Given I have a serious condition which nearly killed me twice, the lack of respect and empathy was honestly disgusting
