If I could have scored Dr. McDermott a 12, I certainly would have done that. She made a space in her overflowing schedule to see me on Christmas Eve--and she invested enough time to address some issues that seemed intractable. I had care that exceeds any reasonable expectations.

Where do I begin? Well, here's one: Dr. McDermott created an appointment for me in a time that didn't theretofore exist. We had a great session and she scheduled my follow-up for another time that didn't exist. Why? Because she is a consummate professional working to care for her patient. Wow!
