Dr. Jacobs was extremely helpful. Her manner is very comforting, respectful and attentive, and the questions she asked and advice she gave was spot on. She gave us just the right amount of time _ we didn't feel rushed. My teenager loved her, too (which is saying something).

Dr. Jacobs is perhaps the best physician I've ever had. She is an incredibly comprehensive, attentive, compassionate, and professional doctor. I appreciate her willingness to collaborate with my other docs, and I always feel like I am the only patient. When I was leaving, I chatted with a couple in the elevator. They told me they were new in town and had wanted to get in with Dr. Jacobs but she's booked very far out. When I mentioned I had just seen her, they were visibly envious and said they'd heard how great she is, and I told them that's absolutely true.

When she came into the office she had looked at all my records and discussed them with me and listened to what I had concerns with. She told me things she would like for me to do and never once did she make me feel rushed or like she need to be somewhere else. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary doctor.
