5.0 star star star star starDr. Henning has cared for both of my daughters since toddler age and birth respectively. He has always shown great care in listening to me, and also to them. Maybe he takes amazing notes or maybe he has a great memory, but it doesn't matter, the things he remembers about each of them makes every appointment tailored to her personality.

5.0 star star star star starHe spent time listening to out concerns and making the entire appointment enjoyable. There was no rush and he was amazing with my teens. They both told me in the car on the way home how much they like how they felt heard and confident in his treatment,

5.0 star star star star starKnowledgeable and friendly. He uses big words and medical terminology to describe something that someone in the field may not understand. I find myself confused even when I ask for clarification sometimes.

5.0 star star star star starHe is kind and welcoming and creates a positive relationship with us (the parents) and his patients. He always includes after instruction in the after visit and takes the time to explain things and answer every question we may have. Never feel like I’m in a rush during a visit!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
