If you are a new patient, you can schedule online. If you already have a care team at Northwestern Medicine, you can schedule an appointment in your MyNM account.

You can also make a primary or specialty care appointment by calling 844.344.6663 (TTY: 711).

You can communicate with your care team via MyNM. Please allow at least 2 business days for a response.

If you need help from a member of your care team right away, please call their office.

For life-threatening illness or injury, go to the nearest emergency department or call 911.

Check that you are using the correct username and password. If you cannot remember your login information, select the “Forgot My Username” or “Forgot My Password" options from the login screen.
