The Northwestern Medicine COVID-19 Recovery Forum is a monthly virtual forum featuring an educational presentation by a Northwestern Medicine expert. The presentation will be followed by time for questions and general discussion led by the Northwestern Medical Group Clinical Social Work Team.

Who can join

Northwestern Medicine patients who are recovering from COVID-19 (discharged, not currently hospitalized) and their caregivers (family members, partners, friends) are invited to participate.

How to join

If you are interested in joining the COVID-19 Recovery Forum community, please email covidrecoveryforum@nm.org.

A member of our team will contact you and provide you with the meeting details and Zoom link information. Forum members will be asked to sign a confidentiality waiver prior to attending or receiving the Zoom link.

Sessions

All sessions are held on Tuesdays from 4 to 5 pm via Zoom. A link to the events will be shared after you register.
