5.0 star star star star starThe reasons for my score is that Dr. Feinstein is not only wonderfully optimistic but also an excellent listener. Two things which, given the uniqueness of my situation, I appreciate more than words can say.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Feinstein has a great, confidence-inspiring demeanor. He is thorough in his questioning and assessment process, and listens carefully. He balances his training in biological science and experience in real-world clinical data to provide insight and recommendations for treatment. And, he achieves all of this without a trace of pedantry or arrogance. In fact, we felt a personal connection on our first visit (my wife accompanied me). He even walked us to the door! How many physicians, let alone top cardiologists, do that these days!!!!

5.0 star star star star starHe seemed interested in me personally. Took the time to understand my health situation. Seemed to form a reasonable course of treatment. Was clear in terms of our mutual expectations. Well done to Dr. Feinstein and his resident (my apologies - I forgot the young doctor's name). Both were excellent, as were the nurse and the ECG specialist.

5.0 star star star star starVery good cardiologist. He was great. Listened to me. Understood my needs. Came very well prepared for the visit. Ordered the tests and was willing to share his insights. I just felt the visit was a little rushed, which might not be due to the doctor but the high volume of patients. Overall, the doctor was great and the visit was very enjoyable.

5.0 star star star star starBefore I ever met Dr. Feinstein several NM employees told me how lucky I was that he would be my doctor. They were right. Dr. Feinstein is very knowledgeable, offers common sense suggestions on improving my health. He has a warm personality and the resident and medical student who assisted him were also great.

5.0 star star star star starThis was my first visit. He listened to my concerns and questions. I like his philosophy concerning cardiac issues. He explained his answers so I could understand them. He took time to get to know me and my medications…

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
