4.0 star star star star star_borderIn the few times I have spoken with Dr. Teitelbaum, he seems to have a nice disposition. I think that is a vital attribute to have in Patient Dr. Communication. He seemed very thorough in looking at and reading my films. I have not had my surgery yet. After surgery, I can reevaluate his care. His score may go up then.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Teitelbaum is one of my favorite doctors I see. He genuinely listens to what you’re telling him so that he can provide a response or an answer. He cares about his patients and takes responsibility for them as a doctor should. Dr. Teitelbaum is an intellectual who excels most when faced with a situation straight-on— these are the types of doctors you want treating you.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Teitelbaum is caring and honest. Two qualities that I admire when dealing with any ailments I may have. When I am in pain and suffering from my condition I don't want brutal facts and procedures, but rather truth tempered with caring, like the consideration I received from Dr. Teitelbaum. He is one of your best assets.

Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
