He, once he was told that I was in a room waiting for him as planned and not in [ ], was very professional and we worked through the details of my health as relating to NM and the transplant. No one told him that NM had already had me do tests before I came to Chicago but he found them in MyChart. We discussed the, non-fasting, results and has additional tests performed even though they were also non-fasting. I will happily be dealing with him to review those results and would have no problem dealing with him in the future.

My PA Jongwon Woo was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I felt heard and respected. And I had full trust in his care and medical expertise. He called me later to follow up with me. I felt like he was an advocate for my care and recovery. He was also very friendly and personable.
