Very caring & kind Approachable Answered my questions thoroughly Give me some exercises I can do at home that will help with knee strength and relieve the pain Helped me with a prescription that will make things better in the short term so I can go back to work I left with x-rays, and a referral to follow up with ortho This is hands-down. The best experience I have ever had at Bartlett convenient care if there was a way that I can make appointments for only her in the future. I certainly would. I felt very well taken care of by her and appreciated her time yesterday when I was in a lot of pain

I did not really want to go in to the bartlett immediate care center, but I needed to. I'd had some very bad experiences there over the years, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the pleasant person at the desk, the medical assistant, the kindest helpful X-ray tech who acknowledge my pain and was cautious in every way possible. I was offered a "hat" so it would be easier to obtain my urine sample, I can't even explain how helpful that was. They were all just so professional yet caring and kind. The wonderful Dr Gabriel showed a respectfulness, competence and a willingness to listen to all the pertinent details in order to make a proper diagnosis and give the right advice. I had not experienced that in years gone by so I was pleasantly surprised, grateful and appreciative, and I can only HOPE all those same people would be there for any friend, loved one or for myself in the future.
