5.0 star star star star starThe reason I gave the question a 10 is because the staff was extremely helpful and nice and even though I had been over the 15 min late grace period, Dr Shepherd was also so nice to still see me, even though he didn't have to. I am grateful.

5.0 star star star star starDr Shepard took time and care with my visit, gave me advice I have confidence in, and referred me to an allergist for further study of my condition. I feel I have a direction now, which is very empowering. I feel that Dr Shepard cares about his patients and wants to get the right diagnosis and course of treatment.

5.0 star star star star starDr Shepard was extremely thorough and kind. He was empathetic in my concerns and discussed different options. Very comforting visit for what could have been more nerve wrecking. Almost no wait, all staff were so kind and helpful.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Shepard is outstanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He relates so well to my nonverbal son and he listens so carefully to me. Jon and I both trust him! You couldn’t ask for a kinder physician!

5.0 star star star star starHe listened to me and prescribed newer medicines that have practically vanquished my migraines when several others would not. It’s been a relief after 30 years to have the very occasional “regular” headache that others experience rather than being incapacitated and in bed for three days.

5.0 star star star star starDr Shepard is not only a knowledgeable professional, but has a very easy bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and treats you with care. Plus, in all the years I’ve been his patient, he has NEVER been late. My appointment time is always honored, no long waiting periods!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
