Dr. O'Brian listens and asks follow up questions in a way that I feel heard. Also, he provides information that can easily be understood. He patiently explains in detail the message he is trying to convey in a manner that is trusting.

Dr. O'Brien is a pleasure to discuss my health and well-being, He is thoughtful, goes at an easy pace to relax the patient but is Quick to follow up on Test Results, communications, and prescribe medications. I believe he is a Dr. who takes the time to help me understand a short and term view of treatment. Much appreciated!

I love coming to Northwestern for all my medical needs. Dr. O'Brien is the best! He takes his time to make sure all my questions are answered and truly shows empathy with his patients. I live in California but continue to travel to Chicago to continue seeing my northwestern doctors like Dr. O'Brien! The quality of care at Northwestern and Dr.O'Brien you don't find anywhere else.
