Cares about her patient but was hard pressed and rushed. Apparently she had to fit in a patient out of sequence because they were not aware of the new location. She did not have time to complete a Form of Medical Necessity for calcium required by FSA reimbursement.

I have a difficult case and Rebecca has been very helpful and supportive throughout this treatment process and I am grateful for the help I have received from her.
