5.0 star star star star starWe can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Hoel. I have very complex vascular problems in my right leg. This was our first visit with Dr. Hoel. My wife and I were totally impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my situation. We just moved here from the NY area. All of my records were from NYU Langone medical center and Dr. Hoel had reviewed them completely. He explained everything clearly and checked on procedures done at Northwest Community hospital in an emergency two days after we moved here on May 21st. His resident spent at least 45 minutes going over details before we were seen by Dr. Hoel who then spent a long time with us, examining me and explaining everything. My wife and I agree that he is one of the smartest most impressive doctors we have seen in my long history of medical problems at another top notch hospital in NY. In addition, he is very kind with a great bedside manner

5.0 star star star star starBest surgeon on staff. Each of the supporting physicians and nurses couldn’t say enough about Dr. Hoel. This is the second stent surgery he’s performed on me and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

5.0 star star star star starDr Andrew Hoyle from our first meeting was professional yet very warm n friendly. He explained his opinions in a clear and understandable way. Every question I asked was answered. His manner puts you at ease and that he truly listens n thinks your questions are important. My son and I were very impressed and thought his experience and incredible knowledge made him the best choice for my surgery. After my surgery, he made sure to see me and how I was feeling and to answer any questions. Dr Hoel makes you feel you have a new friend.

5.0 star star star star starFor a first visit Dr Hoel was as thorough as he could be with the information that he had available. He is following up by acquiring more information from past medical history and has ordered more testing to pinpoint the diagnosis.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
