3.0 star star star star_border star_borderI had multiple keratoses addressed five days ago. No one from this office has contacted me to inquire how I’m doing. And I’m not doing very well. The discharge documents are vague and confusing. I’m uncertain if I’m caring for the wounds properly. It says to call w/ symptoms or questions at the number below. I couldn’t find a direct line listed on the documents. I do not feel the pre-event meeting really gave me a clear sense of what this procedure would be like, what to expect for recovery, or how much pain I would experience. The Dr said “go back to your normal life after 24 hoursâ€. That is not even close to my experience and it’s day five. I felt the Dr was impatient w/ me because I felt unclear about what to expect and had no idea how to care for these wounds. I don’t want to rely on a piece of paper. I want the Dr to go over everything w/ me.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Cotseones is a treasure! Extremely capable and compassionate doctor with a warm personality. She is the reason I go to that office. It’s a long drive from my house, but I go there specifically to see her.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Cotseones is very kind and personable. Plus she does a wonderful job taking care of me and I am now a “frequent flyer†due to two melanoma diagnoses and other skin cancers. I HIGHLY recommend her!

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderShe didn’t really seem to care. I was asked very little and no one knew my history. The doctor didn’t even have my age right multiple times.I scheduled my appointment months ago and was on a waiting list and was told no same day procedures and had to have a same day procedure. The medication I was told I needed didn’t even get called into my pharmacy. I had to reach back out to the office myself to notify them that I never received the medication and then had an allergic reaction to the medication and still don’t have next steps.

5.0 star star star star starI would surely recommend her being that she was able to help both myself, and my parents understand the nature of my questionable spots/moles. All around, she is a welcoming and warm soul. Thus, I would unquestionably recommend her to anyone who seeks out medical attention.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Cotseones is a great listener who with her warm and personable approach she demonstrates that she truly cares about her patients. She consults with and problem solves including the input of the patient. Another words she includes the patient in her approach instead of dictating a medical solution and prescriptions.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
