Susan Galanes contributed so little to our meeting that felt a phone call could have sufficed. She opened my carrying case, to see if I was using the same mask I had previously used. Confirmed. Asked me how I liked the new machine and I explained why I liked the last one better. I was told to call Apria to express my concerns. When I did complain that the CPAPâ€™s pressure seemed too high she arranged to reset the machine lower. That was it. Felt like the visit was unnecessary, knowing that Iâ€™m scheduled to see the doctor in sixty days.

Because the doctor told me what I need to do in order to sleep better that I need to use the machine I do good with the machine so and I know that so and they also helped me to adjust my pressure and I slept slept real good last night thank you so much
