In-Person Visits

You can get an in-person medical evaluation from a physician or advanced practice provider at an Immediate Care Center in several ways:

Virtual Visits

A virtual visit lets you talk with an Immediate Care physician or advanced practice provider without leaving home.

  • You must be age 5 or older for a virtual visit.
  • You may be able to reserve a virtual visit for a time when our Immediate Care Centers are closed.
  • You must physically be in Illinois during your virtual visit.

We also offer high-dose flu shots for people age 65 and older. Visit the flu information page to learn more about the flu and where you can get a vaccine.
  • Adacel/Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis): An Immediate Care Center physician or advanced practice provider can order this vaccine as part of an Immediate Care Center visit.
