Camouflage Injections

Camouflage injections are a type of permanent cosmetic used to cover scarred or discolored skin after surgery, disease or an accident. Also called medical micropigmentation, camouflage pigments are applied with a fine needle attached to an electrical device, much like a tattoo.

Camouflage injections may be effective for patients with vitiligo, keloids and surgical scars, or to recreate the areola after breast cancer surgery.
