• Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital
• Northwestern Medicine Woodstock Hospital

We can also provide on-site services, such as screenings, where you work or in your community.

Screenings

Screenings allow you to check your risk factors for potential health concerns. Early detection can help you make lifestyle changes to prevent any further developments. We provide:

• Vascular screenings
• Echocardiograms for teens ages 13 – 17
• Biometric and body composition analysis
• Resting metabolic rate screenings

Worksite Wellness

We offer employer incentive programs, challenges, workshops and health risk assessments as part of wellness initiatives for people and their work environments. We can customize programs to your needs and provide them on-site.

We track key metrics for each employer program. These metrics can help your customized program meet your employees' needs.
