Northwestern Medicine Employee Discount Submission Form

Northwestern Medicine employs over 40,000 employees and physicians.

To be considered for an employee discount opportunity, your offer must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Is unique to Northwestern Medicine and is not available to the public
  • Applies to all Northwestern Medicine employees regardless of role or title
  • Is valid for an extended period (a minimum commitment of one year preferred)
  • Provides a discount value of 10% or greater
  • Has an easy redemption process for employees such as presenting a Northwestern Medicine badge or employee email, or using a unique discount code/link
  • Provides a central point of contact from your business to help Northwestern Medicine employees with questions or issues
  • Is available to employees at multiple locations (preferred)
  • Does not directly compete with Northwestern Medicine clinical services
  • Is not a professional service provider or independent contractor (for example legal, financial, real estate or home repair services)

Northwestern Medicine reserves the right to void a discount agreement at any time for any reason. Northwestern Medicine will not verify employment or provide employee rosters/emails to third parties for solicitation.
