4.0 star star star star star_borderI’ve never actually met her, just had 2 teleconferences with her and the video sound was bad so she called and we spoke. She seems very professional and knowledgeable. but don’t know anything about her background snd hope to meet her in person next time.

5.0 star star star star starKristi Tough DeSapri's main focus is osteoporosis, which is why I go to her. She is up-to-date on all the latest treatments. She spends as much time as necessary with me & explains everything. She doesn't act like I'm bothering her (like some other doctors do), I don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment with her.

5.0 star star star star starIn my virtual meeting i found her to be: on-time, personable, thoughtful and thorough in her questions to get my medical background, knowledgeable about the subject matter (medical treatment for age related bone density decline), and expert in her guidance on a course of treatment.

5.0 star star star star stari have see such great improvement in being able to move the left foot and the strengthening of my bones that is long over due for years. I would like to walk again on my own and not have to be in a wheelchair or use a cane. It has been over a year and I was able to see improvement immediately after I came to Dr. Kristi. I am pleased with my progress to make a long story short.

5.0 star star star star starAgain, Dr. DeSapri gave me a lot of time and a lot of important answers. She explained the tests she needs me to take and in addition, she so thoroughly read my history and the reports from my other tests and doctors. She is unusual in a good way.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
