Takako has amazing customer service. She took her time and got to know my body so she could assess me with the best care. She assessed me with goals and didn't leave me out of the process. I left feeling confident in my physical therapy because she gave me all the tools, I needed to keep the momentum outside of my appointments to care for my condition.
