She is encouraging and explains everything she does and why- simply exceptional!

5.0 star star star star starCaroline is such a fantastic pelvic PT and an amazing human being . She is intelligent , kind , gentle and explains everything throughly. She really cares about you as an individual and does everything she can to help figure out your unique issue. She uses different modalities to address those unique issues with care. I can't say enough about her. She is such a pleasant and lovely person and her professional integrity shines. A real gem and Northwestern is lucky to have her. I've had several pelvic PTs over the years and hands down she is the best. She takes her profession seriously and is in the cutting edge of hands on pelvic PT. I just adore her and will be following her when I need help. I came in crying and after 12 weeks left smiling !

I never felt rushed, and I felt that all of my questions were answered. Her care and her professionalism were evident from the start; as the appointment progressed, it was obvious that she knew how to integrate my medical history as she determine what next steps would be in physical therapy

She has a constant range of skills and techniques to try and succeed to teach me to use both on the office and to train me to continue to improve at home. Outstanding therapist .She applies an Incredible sensitivity of understanding to my comments and she presents professional direction on how to use my spoken symptoms to develop strategies for improving my medical situation.
